I’m a sober mom, certified coach, and the founder of The Next Right Thing—Coaching for creative, fun, sober women who are ready to be the owner and architect of their lives, built upon the strong foundation of their recovery.

Working together, my clients learn to transform their damaged relationships with themselves and with others into thriving, loving, and healthy ones; take their regrets and use them to springboard themselves into meaningful action, and re-route their indecisive wandering into a clearly defined path that leads them to their true selves and the life they've always wanted to create.

With the help of my program, women are able to discover their authentic selves, find their purpose, and stand in their power so they can move beyond the borders of their painful, destructive past, and into the freedom of unlimited possibilities their renewed souls and spirits are leading them to.
